He looked me straight in the eye.
Life is too short to be afraid to shine.
The tears filled my eyes.

The man remained silent for a moment, and then added:
“Tonight, when I saw you, I felt like she had come back for a moment.
I couldn’t hold back my emotions.
A tear slowly slipped on my cheek.
“Thank you,” I murmured.
The man nodded his head and returned to his table.
But then I noticed something.
Someone else had heard our conversation.
